My story begins in Mullins, South Carolina – one of those small towns where everyone knows your name and the sidewalks hold memories of bare feet in summer. I was blessed with parents who loved without limits, who nurtured the dreamer in me before I even knew what dreams were.

Books were my first love. Stories whispered to me from worn pages, and my imagination took flight early, though it would take years for me to truly spread my creative wings. Life had its own timeline in mind, as it often does. Along the way, I became a wife, welcomed five beautiful souls into the world as their mother, and now watch in wonder as my granddaughter adds a new chapter to our family's story.

Every laugh line around my eyes, every challenge overcome, every midnight feeding and morning school run – they've all shaped who I am today. These experiences haven't just molded me; they've refined my creative voice, giving depth to the stories I tell and the art I create. While I'm still climbing toward my dreams, I've learned to love the journey as much as the destination.

I'm a student of life, constantly gathering new skills like precious stones, adding them to my collection of possibilities.
